2023年5月24號，受邀參加了在DZ市迎賓館由中華全國工商業(yè)聯(lián)合會、GD省人民政府主辦；GD省工商業(yè)聯(lián)合會、DZ市人民政府、全聯(lián)新能源商會、全聯(lián)旅游業(yè)商會承辦的“首屆中拉民營經濟論壇”，其中有墨西哥外交部美洲機制和組織司司長、墨拉共體事務國家協(xié)調員瓜達拉馬（Efrain Guadarrama）先生，并且在會上做了發(fā)言。
晚上參加了“DZ市政府歡迎晚宴暨投資推介會”，晚宴上認識了三位廣外西班牙語研究生美女，邀請其中一位叫王佳聰?shù)拿琅畮兔ψ龇g，一起來到了墨西哥瓜達拉馬身邊，自我介紹以及公司在墨西哥蒙特雷開廠情況后，他說他已關注到我們公司了，問如果有啥需要他幫忙的一定告訴他，還問我何時去墨西哥，我也邀請他去我們墨西哥蒙特雷工廠參觀指導，同時也歡迎他下次來中國到我們東莞總部參觀指導（第二天他就要回墨西哥）……
第二天我把相關信息發(fā)給了我們墨西哥工廠的總經理，同時匯報給總裁此事……
以為這事就過去啦……
哪知這位墨西哥政府要員在5月29號給我發(fā)了郵件，因為是全英文，當時我以為是垃圾郵件，看也沒看就把它刪除了，因為幾乎想不到現(xiàn)在會有人給我發(fā)英文郵件……
6月8號我再次收到這位墨西哥政府要員的郵件，這次他用中文顯示，我才發(fā)現(xiàn)他在29號已給我發(fā)了郵件，于是我趕緊回復他……

We was build a factory in Monterrey， Mexico in 2021， with a plant area of 10，000 square meters， large stamping equipment， etc.， mainly for the production of auto seat structural parts， has begun formal operation in 2022， and is now operating normally .
